UEC Next Generation Program: Short-term Joint Project Application


UEC次世代挑戦的プログラムでは、３つのアクティビティの一つとして、短期間で異分野の学外の機関との共同研究プロジェクトを立ち上げる、 ”短期共同研究プロジェクト開発プログラム”を設定しています。次世代研究員が共同研究プロジェクトを実施するに先立って、短期プロジェクト開発：実施申請フォームに回答してください。実施申請フォームをもとに博士育成システム推進室が共同研究プロジェクトの実施支援を行います。 共同研究プロジェクトの開始時に短期プロジェクト開発：研究計画書①②③を提出します。④実施報告書は、進捗があるたびに追記し、共同研究プロジェクト終了時に完成版を提出します。共同研究プロジェクトの予算は、共同研究を行う学外機関への交通費や共同研究に用いる物品購入に使用できます。予算使用の度に短期プロジェクト開発：研究計画書・実施報告書⑤経費明細書に追記して提出してください。予算審査グループによる承認後に予算を使用することができます。2025年度の短期共同プロジェクト開発予算は25万円です。 短期プロジェクト開発：研究計画書・実施報告書の内容は、UEC次世代プログラムの活動報告として公開されることがあります。
As one of the three activities in UEC SPRING Program is "Short-term Joint Project Development Program" to launch a collaborative project with an external institution in a different research field in a short period of time. Before UEC SPRING researcher conducts a new Joint project, please fill out the "Start Application Form of joint project development" below. JISEDAI students support office will support the development and carrying-out of the project based on the Start Application Form. At the start of the joint project, submit UEC Short-term Joint Project Development Project Plan ①, ②, and ③. The progress report ④ in the document can be added as project is progressing, and the final version will be submitted at the end of the joint project. The budget for the joint project can be used for transportation costs to the external institution carrying-out the joint project and the purchase of items to be used for the project. Every time the budget will be used, submit Short-term Project Development: Research Plan and Implementation Report ⑤ Expense Statement. The budget can be used after approval by the Budget Review Group. The Short-term Joint Project Development budget for fiscal year 2024 is 250,000 yen. The contents of Short-term Joint Project Development: Plan and Report may be made public as an activity report of the UEC SPRING Program.
